About Us

The idea behind Lucian Fusion Cuisine, is one that started in the 2000.
Basically, a mobile food establishment with the cuisine being from the small Caribbran island of St. Lucia.
The owner and entrepreneur, started cooking at the age of 11 to help his mom out. Most of his early cooking abilities stemmed from watching and helping his grandmother in the kitchen.
From since he came to Canada in 1999, till present Majoh Giffard has worked in the food industry, making new recipes and improving on current ones.
Cooking is my happy place.
