About Us

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019, graduating from ICT Northumberland College’s 2200hr Massage Therapy program in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

I treat a variety of acute, subacute and chronic conditions, and creates treatment plans specific to each clients needs. Some examples of the conditions I treat are postural strains, sprains, overwork injuries and neurological disorders. I also have experience working with clients who’ve been involved in motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries as well as anxiety disorders.

Using clinical assessment methods, I check for misalignment in posture and gait, as well as palpation to check the health of muscle tissue. My approach is to use Relaxation, and Trigger Point techniques first to calm down muscles, before applying deep pressure. I'm trained in General Swedish Massage and have introductory training in Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Chronic Pain, Cupping Therapy and Acupressure for Headaches.

I have volunteer experience working as an RMT in the Sunshine Room, QEII Health Sciences Center on the Cancer Care Unit. And am currently volunteering at the Atlantic Aids Coalition of Nova Scotia.
