Adrienne is a thought leader and consultant in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and organizational development focused in particular on employee and client experience. She identifies as queer and non-binary and has lived experience of stigma and discrimination as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. She provides consulting services in Halifax, Nova Scotia, across Canada and internationally.

Adrienne holds a strong belief that we all have a role to play in building equitable, diverse and inclusive communities, societies and workplaces that are free from discrimination and racism. She provides specialist advice and services to help organizations and businesses to actively become more inclusive. Her approach is people and insights-led, founded on her doctorate training in cross-cultural psychology, research and evaluation. Adrienne grounds her work in empathy, deep listening and attention to the needs of people and their communities.
