SeniorsTransit is a locally owned and operated accessible and assisted transportation services in Halifax.   Since 2018, it has been providing compassionate safe transportation for people experiencing mobility issues, cognitive or vision impairment or anyone looking for reliable assisted transportation. Recognizing that stimulating activity and human connection are key to mental well-being and a healthy lifestyle, SeniorsTransit Companions was created as a new division, offering companionship and human connection for people in their homes, seniors' residences and in the community.  SeniorsTransit Companions engages people in hobbies and activities, provides light housekeeping and meal prep.,  accompaniment to appointments, errands and social events and can provide transportation as well.
