Founder Nikki Martin brings her vast experience as a Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer, certified Integral Facilitator and Novelist to everything she delivers, which is steeped in her life experience, flavoured with her creative voice, and designed to leave groups feeling motivated and inspired.
