Often referred to as "important" conversations. We tend to avoid them for a variety of reasons but mostly because we are uncomfortable, not prepared and uncertain as to how to approach them. We believe we cannot have the conversation and maintain the relationship. In this short session we will discuss why these conversations are "important" and how to prepare for a "successful" important conversation. This is a skill we can develop. The session is a sneak preview of an upcoming January program Communication Skills for Supervisors.
