SUMMARY:SBW FREE TRAINING: Difficult Conversations
DESCRIPTION:DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS @ 10:00am\nInterested in our FREE Training: Generational Differences @ 12:00pm\, please click here.\n\n \nOften referred to as "important" conversations. We tend to avoid them for a variety of reasons but mostly because we are uncomfortable\, not prepared and uncertain as to how to approach them. We believe we cannot have the conversation and maintain the relationship. In this short session we will discuss why these conversations are "important" and how to prepare for a "successful" important conversation. This is a skill we can develop. The session is a sneak preview of an upcoming January program Communication Skills for Supervisors.\n\n \n\nPRESENTED BY:\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE TRAINER:\n\n\nKathy Stanford\n\nTrainer and Certified Executive Coach \n\nKathy is the owner of The Performance View Business Solutions\, a Nova Scotia company providing customized training and coaching solutions leading to more effective workplace performance and employee satisfaction for 10 years.
