For the first time in the history of the world we have four or even five generations working together in the workplace. Add to this the ever changing technology as well as new ways to communicate and it comes as no surprise why there are challenges around cultivating a harmonious work environment. In this session we will define the generations, explore three challenges and discuss best practices we can adopt to offset the impact. This is a sneak preview of an upcoming January program Communication Skills for Supervisors.
