Dawn spends her time speaking and writing about leadership, teamwork and organizational health. Her consulting projects with executives and their teams drives success by building cohesiveness and engagement. This creates a sustainable competitive advantage through a strong culture.
Dawn is the creator of The 10 Commandments of Ethical Leadership and author of The Ruby Report; How Organizations Can Profit By Promoting Women Leaders.
Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a diploma in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto/OISE, and a diploma in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute. Dawn is one of only a few Canadians registered as a certified Myers-BriggsÒ Master Practitioner. Other certifications Dawn holds include Leading Organizational Transition and Balanced Scorecard.
Dawn has experience in various industries, including Financial Services, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Sales, Education, and Non-Profit Associations.
