Do you have a succession plan? Have you thought about your succession? A good succession plan will help ensure the transfer of your business goes smoothly and allows you to maintain good relationships with Family, employees, shareholders, business partners etc.
A recent BDC study (The coming wave of business transitions in Canada), shows that many Canadian small and medium sized business owners who plan to exit their business are not making the best moves to realize the highest possible returns.
