Effective Business Succession Planning with Dr. Robert Blunden and BoomersPlus.com

Do you have a succession plan? Have you thought about your succession? A good succession plan will help ensure the transfer of your business goes smoothly and allows you to maintain good relationships with Family, employees, shareholders, business partners etc.

A recent BDC study (The coming wave of business transitions in Canada), shows that many Canadian small and medium sized business owners who plan to exit their business are not making the best moves to realize the highest possible returns.

Join Boomersplus.com and Strategy Consultant Dr. Robert Blunden, to hear about and discuss when you should start planning for succession, the types of succession planning and the key resources and advisers you will need as you begin to plan and then implement your succession plan.

Dr. Blunden's consulting activities have spanned forty years and a wide range of strategic issues. Much of his current consulting focuses on succession planning of family run businesses.

This luncheon is intended to give business owners an overview of the succession planning process, types of potential exit strategies and some practical guidance on how to navigate the process.
