Joe Britto
Innate Leaders
Joe Britto is a mindset consultant, and author. He developed the six attributes of a leadership mindset – genuine curiosity, flexibility of mind, mindfulness, create leaders of others, resilience, and enterprise thinking – to help leaders and leadership teams push past the limits of their thinking and innovate their workspace. Joe has worked internationally with organizations like Lockheed Martin, Coca-Cola, and Intel. In the manufacturing sector he’s worked with AGCO, Fresh Hemp Foods, Grants & Sons, McCormick UK, and Ward Mechanical Equipment.
Joe is the author of The Six Attributes of a Leadership Mindset. In a COVID-19 world, he uses his unique methodology to help leaders strategically pivot during this pandemic recovery. The goal is to find solutions to business challenges that are flexible, innovative, and self-sustainable.
Joe’s passion for his work comes from a personal belief that a leadership mindset isn’t just important, it’s vital for long-term success.
Robert Newcombe
Barrington Consulting Group
Robert is an Associate Partner with the Barrington Consulting Group and co-leads the Barrington OPS practice (Operational Performance Services).
Robert is a Professional Engineer (Industrial), MBA graduate, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has led process improvement projects in the public and private sector with clients such as the Government of Nova Scotia, Halifax Transit, Eden Valley Poultry, the Association of Industry Sector Councils, and the Christmas Tree Council of Nova Scotia.
Robert routinely leads Lean Six Sigma and Personal Productivity training, facilitates process improvement workshops, coaches Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, and has spoken on Lean Six Sigma and process improvement at the Canadian Lean Summit in Fredericton and the Professional Development Summit in Halifax.
Robert strongly believes that what gets measured, gets managed. He consistently finds creative ways to visualize data that drives results and lasting change.
