BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT NETWORK: April 2018
"Ladders of Leadership" with Scott Coleman of Optimum Talent.
We hear a lot about high potentials in organizations. Who are they and how to identify them within a company? What are the mechanisms to identify and develop their potential? How can we distinguish the requirements to be successful as a leader at the junior, mid and executive levels?
In this interactive session, Scott Coleman will discuss the distinctive behaviors that characterize high potential, for each level of management. Based on some very interesting recent research results, he will explain what are the most important skills to promote progress from one level of management to another.
Scott will lead an open discussion amongst attending leaders who will be encouraged to share experiences and discuss strategies implemented to better identify and manage talent within their organization. As part of that discussion, Scott will share the latest research by Optimum Talent on leadership competency development and how talent management and the identification of leadership potential can have a positive impact on your business.
