Heather (she/her/elle) is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working in the formal Mental Health and Wellness systems.  She is a graduate from Dalhousie University with degrees in Biology and Occupational Therapy, a certified ProSci Change Management practitioner, and an entrepreneur/business owner.  She has experience working for IWK Health and Nova Scotia Health in a variety of frontline, leadership and most recently doing operations consulting.

Heather is a contract instructor for Opening Minds/Mental Health Commission of Canada and has been facilitating Mental Health First Aid Certification for 8 years both in-person and virtually. Heather's passion is facilitating and developing tailored Mental Health & Wellness workshops for businesses, government departments, non-profits, and businesses.
