One billion happier people.
Steve began exploring the relationship between gratitude and philanthropic giving while completing a Masters Degree at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. Since then, he has been writing and conducting practice-based gratitude research and teaching the habits of gratefulness.
What has emerged is the science-based program, Gratitude At Work: a simple, yet innovative approach to thriving leadership and business growth.
Gratitude at Work began in 2007 with conversations in the community and has since grown into work with leaders across Canada and into the United States. In early 2019, Steve published his first book, Surviving to Thriving - The 10 Laws of Grateful Leadership.
In 2017, Steve was awarded the highest earned designation in professional speaking (CSP) and has recently created STATUSGRO an easy on-line access to the secrets of gratitude and thriving leadership.
A lifelong resident of Halifax, Steve believes in doing our part to make our communities a better place to live.
