POWER LUNCH: DEI’s Next Steps: Sustainability (ISO 30415)
Presented by:
One of the most frequently asked questions at Ventura Collective is: What are the next steps in DEI? We have read the books, formed a DEI committee, and provided training—now, how do we keep the momentum going?
In this Power Lunch, Linda Espinosa Valencia, co-founder of Ventura Collective, will guide us through the next steps. Since the release of the international standard in Diversity and Inclusion, ISO 30415, in 2021, Linda has helped her clients develop sustainable DEI strategies. These strategies democratize DEI risks, assign clear roles and responsibilities, create a roadmap for sustainability, and foster systemic change within organizations and their environments.
