Ask A Psychiatrist
We are all adjusting to a new environment. Whether you're suddenly working from home with a toddler in tow, or still working with the public as an essential service, we are facing new challenges. With social distancing in place, it's more important than ever to support each other and take care of our mental health.
Join Becky Davison, VP Marketing with the Halifax Chamber and Starr Cunningham, President & CEO of the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia for a conversation on mental health with Dr. Eva Adriana Wilson, local psychiatrist. We will explore the different ways we can harness the power of (virtual) community through COVID-19.
