Businesses are springing into action since the province’s recent announcement of most ordered to close businesses reopening on June 5.
Join Patrick Sullivan, President & CEO of the Halifax Chamber, as he discusses reopening Nova Scotia and the updates made to the various funding programs available including the provincial reopening grant, CECRA, and CEWS.
In this webinar, we will review the Halifax Chamber’s reopening plan from forming a COVID-19 task force to new cleaning protocols. Patrick will also explain in detail how each of the funding programs work, including the new reopening grant, who is eligible, and how to apply.

Patrick Sullivan is the CEO of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce and has over 30 years of marketing and general management experience.
Patrick began his career at Procter and Gamble in Toronto and held progressive marketing positions in Toronto, Halifax, as well as domestic and international markets. He has been General Manager and President for both start-up and large organizations, including Indigo.ca and Workopolis.com. Most recently Patrick was the CEO of the Nova Scotia Tourism Agency.
He enjoys running and has run half-marathons, marathons and in October of 2011, completed a 250km run across the Sahara Desert. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Mount St. Vincent University.
