Join us for a luncheon with Ana Bailão, CEO of Build Canada Homes, for an inside look at how Canada’s new federal housing agency is working to expand affordable housing at scale across the country.
Build Canada Homes brings together public land, flexible financial tools, and development expertise to support partners across the housing system. Its mandate focuses on three priorities that are reshaping how affordable housing gets built in Canada:
• Building affordable homes on underused public and partnered lands
• Financing affordable homes through flexible, impact-driven financial tools
• Catalyzing a modern housing industry by supporting factory-built and other innovative construction methods
This event offers a chance to hear directly from BCH’s leadership about how these tools and partnerships are being used to move projects forward faster and support long‑term affordability.
