We are limiting this training to 1 employee representative per membership in order to allow more members the opportunity to participate.
To sign up for the training, you must completed the required registration fields, which are required by the Department of Labour Skills & Immigration.
Once you return your forms, your contact information will be provided to your trainer and they will contact you to complete an Individual Needs Assessment to ensure this training is the right fit for you and your business.
Your trainer will then become your point of contact for the training and they will provide you with the information on how to join the sessions each week.
The program must be taken on a computer, laptop, or tablet, no phones.
Participants must have an Internet connection, hardwired preferred vs wi-fi, high speed no dial up.
Headset or earbuds and must have a webcam. If no webcam, in-laptop video participation is a requirement.
Participants must display video; required to ensure the connection to the instructor and other participants.
A quiet place to focus is required, free of distractions.

This 40 hour instructional course is designed to provide tools and templates to manage any project of and size. Following standard project management methodology, the course will provide instruction in:
Participants will be given the opportunity to work on real-life projects of their interest, utilizing tried and true project management processes and the latest cloud-based software systems to assist with project management.
With an MBA, Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) with a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, Paula possesses a strong technical background in international business including experience with management of international distribution networks. She has a keen understanding of the international marketplace, supply chain and business processes. Leveraging her extensive experience in the Canadian business environment, Paula provides professional training and consulting services to private and public organizations with a business and market development focus.
She partners with local and international consultants who provide diverse talent with embedded in-market and in-sector experience, enthusiasm, dedication and a wealth of knowledge, enabling clients to succeed beyond their expectations and beyond borders. Paula leads and assists delegations for incoming and outgoing international trade, with direct experience in over 50 countries.
