Mackenzie Ferguson
Team manager, TD Insurance
MacKenzie Ferguson has worked with TD Insurance for the past 3 years and currently holds the role of Team Manager, where he leads a group of Licensed Insurance Advisors who support the needs of clients across Atlantic Canada. During his tenure at TD, Mackenzie has also worked in the capacity of a Capabilities Coach, where he supported the onboarding and development of new hires and has also held the role of a Licensed Insurance Advisor supporting frontline clients. Prior to entering the insurance business, MacKenzie spent 8 years in the automotive industry as a Sales & Leasing Consultant at Portland Street Honda.
Overall, MacKenzie is passionate about coaching Insurance Advisors at TD towards providing a personalized experience to each client and empowering them to give trusted advice on each interaction.
Laurissa Fletcher
Team manager (Atlantic Market), TD Insurance
Laurissa Fletcher has worked for TD insurance for 6 years. Through the years she has worked many different roles and projects. Currently she holds the position of Team Manager for the Atlantic Market. She started on an unlicensed team and worked her way up in TD Insurance, working next as a licensed insurance advisor in both the Western and Atlantic Markets.
Laurissa is passionate about fostering development. In her tenure she worked as a Capabilities Coach training new hire Licensed insurance agents. As the Team Manager she continues to work on ways to develop the licensed Insurance Advisors to be the best they can be for their clients.
