Corporate Leadership and Workplace Wellness
We were already facing an employee burnout and mental wellness crisis pre-pandemic.
And now employees are radically more overwhelmed: financially, fearing for their safety, and with people thrust into working from home, they’re crushed by juggling family and their jobs, with a fast-dissolving boundary between life and work.
In times of crisis, and incredible change trauma of all kinds can negatively affect workplace performance and engagement. Think racism, financial insecurity, a global pandemic and work-life integration to name a few triggers that can bring stress, anxiety and an overall inability to cope.
It's no wonder many of us are having a hard time managing our level of engagement and mental, physical and emotional health at work, home and life in general.
The pandemic is accelerating how frustrated people are with how work is taking over our lives and with the lack of opportunity in the job market (and this is especially true of millennials).
In this webinar you will:
• Understand what trauma is and how it's different from stress
• Learn more about evolving the corporate culture around physical, mental, emotional and psychological safety
• Become aware of "The Drama Dynamic" and adopt a human-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
When organizations become human-centric and solutions based there is a rise in a more conscious, empathetic style of leadership that not only helps people feel safe but motivated, supported and authentically cared for.
