Our Coach Laura Fair enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and different thinkers. As Laura is extensively trained and researched in areas of Neurodiversity and ADHD, she adapts her approach to best meet the needs of her clients. Given her background, Laura mainly focuses on coaching for maximizing performance in relation to work (although is very comfortable exploring topics around life as well!). Her clients include business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as mid to senior level professionals. Rather than trying harder to work in ways that are unnatural to our uniquely wired brains, Laura collaborates with clients to develop their own ADHD lens and find a new way forward. Coaching goes below the surface and helps clients reach solutions on their own for longer lasting results.
Coaching is client led; you bring whatever you want to work on to our sessions!
Some areas of focus may be:
- Recovering from burn-out
- Emotional regulation
- Exploring your ADHD experience
- Managing focus, organization, or prioritization in the workplace
- Increasing levels of self-awareness and self-esteem
- Managing work or life transitions
- Maximizing performance at work
Coach Bio:
Laura graduated from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, where she completed her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Employment Relations. Always having a keen interest in studying organizations and people, her academic pursuits later led her to Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, United Kingdom where she earned a Master of Science in Business Psychology and Coaching Psychology. This globally recognized program holds accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and equipped Laura with formal training and practicum experience in coaching. After completing her Masters in Coaching Psychology, Laura continued her ICF accredited coaching training through Gold Mind Academy in the UK and is now a professionally trained ADHD Coach.
