Lunch & Learn: Big Data and Data Literacy
Leverage Big Data. Make Better Decisions.
We're used to the trendy topics in technology being solutions; solutions that create their own problems, perhaps, but at least solutions! Big Data is a bit different. It's not happening because of us; rather, Big Data is happening to us. Since it is pervasive across industries and sectors, it's worth understanding the technical and business reasons behind this phenomenon, and some ways to both manage its growth and extract data with real value. Companies are struggling to manage the opportunities and challenges created by big data. Buried within the data sources are new insights about customers, products, and operations that can drive revenue, profit growth, innovation, and productivity. We'll talk about data analytics, the value of a data literate workforce, and how we can learn from the mistakes of others.
Are you ready for data-driven decision making? Learn how to lead a data-driven organization at this Lunch & Learn!
