Customer Service Training
Every time your business interacts with its customers it is delivering customer service. Whether it is face-to-face, by email, phone, web forms, or social media each customer touch influences how your customer relates to your business.
Understanding customer service and having processes and procedures in place to deliver exceptional value to your
clients is imperative to your businesses success.
In this course participants will learn and practice the seven critical success factors that lead to exceptional customer service. Through case studies and hands on learning activities participants will build a customer service model to implement in their business immediately. We will also analyze customer relationship management software tools to determine which ones best suit your business’s needs and goals.
