We are limiting this training to 1 employee representative per membership in order to allow more members the opportunity to participate.
Once the training session is full, you will be contacted with the required forms (Participant Agreement and Service Registration Intake Form) which must be completed in full and returned by the specified date or you will lose your spot.
On the Participant Agreement you will be required to include deposit information. You will only be charged for the $100 deposit if you miss more than 80% of the sessions.
Once you return your forms, your contact information will be provided to your trainer and they will contact you to complete an Individual Needs Assessment to ensure this training is the right fit for you and your business.
Your trainer will then become your point of contact for the training and they will provide you with the information on how to join the sessions each week.
The program must be taken on a computer, laptop, or tablet, no phones.
Participants must have an Internet connection, hardwired preferred vs wi-fi, high speed no dial up.
Headset or earbuds and must have a webcam. If no webcam, in-laptop video participation is a requirement.
Participants must display video; required to ensure the connection to the instructor and other participants.
A quiet place to focus is required, free of distractions.
*The above are critically important not only for the success of individual participants but also the success of the entire group.
This 40 hour instructional course is designed to provide tools and templates to manage any project of and size. Following standard project management methodology, the course will provide instruction in:
Participants will be given the opportunity to work on real-life projects of their interest, utilizing tried and true project management processes and the latest cloud-based software systems to assist with project management.
Stephen Antle has worked in project management for over 20 years in the private sector as well as in the not-for-profit sector. He currently runs his own social media/digital marketing company focused on a small number of clients. Stephen is an instructor with Workplace Education Initiatives for the Department of Labour and Advanced Education. He instructs courses in Project Management, Communications, Transformative Leadership, Proposal Writing, Social Media for Business and Content Marketing. Stephen spent 10 years in television production as a host and producer. Stephen has served as chair of the East Coast Music Awards in 2007, 2011 and 2016. He is a founding member of the Stan Rogers Folk Festival Society, for which he has served as the main stage emcee for 25 years.
