True leaders understand the need to personally grow and expand their skill set. The realities of the pandemic, implementing new technology, hiring in a tight labour market and working with multiple generations have changed the workplace environment.
As a result, the skills and competencies of what makes a successful leader have also changed. Leaders must know who they are, understand their own behaviours and have a high level of emotional intelligence to consistently produce positive results.
Whether you are leading a business of one or a team of many this course will teach practical tools and provide applicable knowledge that will increase your leadership skills and grow your business.
