All Ships Rise Training - B-Corp Certification
Fortunately, this course can help you get there. You'll become more profitable, your employees more engaged.
This BCorp certification preparation course will help participants measure and evaluate their performance across the four pillars of good business: community, environment, workers and governance. Once participants understand their baseline the Scout & Burrow trainers will work with them to develop their unique ‘gap analysis.' After we have identified opportunities or ‘gaps' for increased impact and performance we will then assist with the development of policies, procedures and initiatives.
It is important to note that your company is already creating positive impact. You just haven't measured it yet! This course will help you leverage your strengths while making improvements to areas that need it.
