40 Cups of Coffee - Brave Conversations Lead to Bold Solutions
40 Cups of Coffee is a community of leaders who use the power of connection to learn, grow, and scale.
Born out of the collaboration between the Blue Door Group founding partners, Stephanie Clark and Jennifer Montgomery, 40 cups began as a reflection on the experience of professional growth through the power of networking.
After sharing the 40 Cups Journey at the Halifax Chamber of Commerce Wonder Women Conference, Stephanie and Jennifer knew that the 40 Cups journey was a powerful movement for leadership, growth, and both personal and professional development.
We have had over 500 + coffees virtually during Covid’s presence in Canada and have received amazing reviews from our coffee guests and guest experts.
As we move forward, the 40 Cups Community continues to grow as we continue to develop products and services to educate, engage, empower, and enlighten your professional growth.
Whether you’re side hustler, a leader in entrepreneurship, an award winning C-Suite professional, or an aspiring community leader, 40 Cups is here to help you navigate and plan your growth so that you are sure to meet your goals.
