Kidney Foundation of Canada is a volunteer-led non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating the burden of kidney disease. Here in ATL, we offer a variety of programs and services to support patients throughout their journey. Some of our core programs include education and awareness, financial assistance, and peer support.
