Elaine Strohm is an Accredited Online Business Manager (OBM) who works with service-based entrepreneurs who are at capacity and need a trusted strategic partner to scale. She brings calm, clarity, and quiet leadership while building the systems, structure, and team support that allow entrepreneurs to thrive without burnout. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University, a certificate in Psychologically Safe Leadership from the University of New Brunswick, and is accredited through the OBM School. After two decades in the corporate world, Elaine opened her business as an OBM.
