Sleep testing- Free of charge and patients can self refer-Need answers for your sleep issues? We offer no-cost sleep studies that you complete in the comfort of your own home. Call or email for details.
CPAP Therapy- We offer a comprehensive 30 day trial once prescribed CPAP therapy. Our clinicians will guide you through your therapy to give you the support you need for success and to get you on the path of better sleep and health. All appointments are complimentary for the lifetime of your treatment.
CPAP Masks and supply replacements- Did you know CPAP masks, filters and tubing should be replaced every 6 months, and the water chamber should be replaced every year, no matter how well they are cleaned? Most insurance policies cover this benefit as well. Ask us for details.
Under our parent company The Breath Factory, we have provided care in the community since 2019.
We have transitioned with Port City Home Services to provide superior foot care services to patients in need. We work with primary care physicians and nurse practitioners, dermatology and endocrinology to provide top of the line foot care services in our clinic or in your residence.
Referrals are not required for our services.Our professional nurses will perform a comprehensive health evaluation and physical examination of your feet and leg to provide you with a treatment plan .
