Kevin Schwenker, (FCMC, ROES) has been consulting to management for over thirty-five years as an independent management consultant. He specializes in assisting organizations succeed with strategic planning and change implementation, assessing progress towards and implementing organizational excellence initiatives, managing projects, and creating engaged employees through performance management and talent development. Kevin also helps organizations develop powerful, strategic, and effective mentoring programs, and provides coaching and professional training services. He has led a wide range of multi-faceted consulting projects locally, nationally, and internationally, for private, public, and not-for-profit sector clients. He is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant , a Registered Organizational Excellence Specialist, and an Adjunct Professor in the Sobey School of Business MBA program at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Canada.
