About Us
My name is Tamalee Andersen. I am a solopreneur and the founder of Nexter Spark Communications. I am currently building a platform for dialogue designed for thoughtful adults who value depth and independent thinking. I convene structured conversations that help people think clearly and connect without the pressure of performance.
While these gatherings share a footprint with community forums, the mechanics are different. I provide a structured environment with guard rails often absent in digital spaces. These structures prioritize listening over winning and reflection over reaction. My hope is to build capacity in every participant, strengthening our collective ability to engage with challenging ideas.
This mission sits alongside my thirty four year career as a registered nurse, including fifteen years in leadership and consulting. Throughout my work, I have seen how deeply people suffer when meaningful conversation shuts down.
I offer three ways to engage. The Red Balloon Café is a free monthly forum for esoteric exploration. The Conversation Club is a biweekly space for conversation with safety and structure. The Deep Dive Cohorts involve an intensive eight session commitment for small groups. Meaningful dialogue is a prerequisite for healthy lives and thriving communities. That is the spark.
