As a career transition coach, I empower individuals through the pursuit of promotions, the exploration of new opportunities, and the challenges of job loss. My philosophy is grounded in the power of learning, self-discovery and personal growth. I am confident in my clients' capacity to strategically plan and develop their career paths. My approach ensures that clients evolve this path with confidence and purpose.

I am known for my curiosity, compassion, and calm presence. My practice lies in the art of deep listening, facilitating the creation of forward-thinking plans to propel action. Guided by a learner’s mindset, I approach every situation with openness, striving to enrich a client’s’ self-learning journey.

I have a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from St Mary’s University, and an Undergrad from Cape Breton University (CBU). I hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I serve on the Board of Directors of the ICF Atlantic Chapter, and am a member of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce and of 100+ Women Who Care Halifax.
