Navigating COVID-19 Webinar Series: CRISIS MANAGEMENT - Manufacturing Sector
Recording of this webinar is available on our YouTube channel here.
In a matter of weeks the manufacturing sector has had to pivot the way they do business to ensure safety. In fact, some have changed their offering completely by helping with high priority items - distillers making hand sanitizer, clothing manufacturers producing masks, etc. For others, the raw materials you need have been repurposed in the fight against this virus. Others yet, have seen demand for their product evaporate overnight. Regardless of the problem, challenge of opportunity you’re facing, you are solving for the marketplace, you need a plan for now and for when the economy picks back up.
Join us for a webinar to discuss and share.
This webinar will leave you with:
- A guide to help you lead your team through this time
- A basis for making a plan around your customers and cash
- Q&A time and access to experts for any immediate concerns
