He has worked in the financial services industry since 1995, focusing on investment and financial planning since 2000. Dan graduated from Université Sainte-Anne with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 1994, obtained the Certified Financial Planner® Professional designation in 2002 and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation in 2015.Dan’s independence, education and work experience, including six years at RBC Royal Bank and expertise in T1 tax preparation and planning makes him uniquely qualified to provide unbiased financial advice to individuals and families who are particularly concerned about saving for the future, minimizing taxation and protecting their family from critical financial events.

Colin is a partner of White LeBlanc Wealth Planners, a Portfolio Manager with HollisWealth, a division of Industrial Alliance Securities Inc and Insurance Advisor with Hollis Insurance Agency. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. As a Portfolio Manager Colin is part of less than five percent of advisors who are licensed to trade on a discretionary basis. The additional licenses to trade options and deal with life insurance is a rare skill set for a retail advisor.Colin is a graduate of St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner® Professional. As part of his commitment to you, he makes it a priority to attend national conferences on topics of investments, insurance, and financial planning.
Colin’s years of experience gives him the knowledge and perspective to help people truly understand their circumstances and make informed decisions. Richard W. Fewell

Richard brings a wealth of experience to the team at White LeBlanc Wealth Planners. One of his primary roles is providing tax planning and preparation services to our clients. As an accountant who has worked with CRA Richard is in a great position to help our clients with tax-related issues.The other major benefit Richard brings is a CFA designation and 14 years’ experience running Canadian equities for a major money management firm. Richard sits on our Portfolio Management Committee and provides key insights to the running of our portfolios. With a wealth of experience in running businesses, Richard is also key in helping Dan and Colin with the day to day running of the business and helping us guide future initiatives.
Josh Sheluk CFA, CIM®

Josh joined White LeBlanc Wealth Planners in 2018 as a Portfolio Manager, after spending six years at HollisWealth’s head office as a part of the team managing the firm’s fee-based investment platforms. Having interacted with hundreds of investment advisors across the country in his past role, Josh has had the unique opportunity to identify the traits that make a financial service practice successful.
Drawing on this experience, Josh believes in a disciplined approach to investment management, supported by a rigorous client discovery process and regular client interaction.
Josh graduated from the University of Guelph in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Economics & Finance. He has since attained his Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Investment Manager designations. He makes use of his education and academic mindset, combined with his passion for everything investing and financial markets, as a member of our Portfolio Management Committee.
