As we move into this next month of social distancing, it is more important than ever for us to focus on our mental health and develop the tools needed to deal with each of our unique situations.
Dr. Eva Adriana Wilson, local psychiatrist, is back by popular demand to lead us through a conversation on how we can build up our mental health tool box.

Dr. Wilson is known for translating abstract concepts into relatable language and better yet, into practical tools for professionals and patients alike.
Dr. Wilson completed her Medical Degree at the University of Manitoba and her Residency in Psychiatry at Dalhousie University. She also earned her professional designation as a Mediator in Conflict Resolution and a Master's in Medical Education.
Dr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience with community mental health activism and innovation. She has created outreach programs to enhance the resilience of at-risk youth, introduced physician based Conflict Resolution training and is the founder of Inspired Living Medical (www.InspiredLivingMedical.com ).
Dr. Wilson is a presenter at National and International conferences and is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University's Faculty of Medicine. Most of her work however is in her innovative private practice.
She has been featured by Women Reshaping the World (2013) and is the author of The 5 Things We Need To Be Well (2018), Start the Day Strong, End the Day Stronger (2018) and Practical Positive Psychiatry for Clinicians (2017) and My Power Ball (2013) .
