LUNCH & LEARN: August 2018 (formerly known as Business Development Network)
Performance Management: Getting the most from your employees.
Your company’s greatest asset is its people. Do you have the right people and are they performing at their full potential? During this session, we will review some easy to implement tools that will ensure:
- You have set clear expectations
- Employee roles are linked to company objectives
- Performance gaps are tightened or eliminated
Participants will leave this interactive session with a specific, actionable work plan that can immediately increase results in your business.
