GROWTH THROUGH THE LITTLE THINGS
"Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together." - George EliotIn business it is important to do the small things well in order for the greater things to be a success. In this webinar we will review some of the small things that can be overlooked or put on the back burner as "not a priority".
However, neglecting a small chip in a car windshield can lead to a huge crack. We in the business community often look at "the bigger picture" and we can take our eyes off the road.
We will identify some key "chips" to avoid and discuss simple steps to take each day/ week/ month/ year to ensure the small things are being done well.
Small changes can have exponential results!
Jennifer MacDonnell, Office Manager/Finance, Parkwood Home Care
Jennifer started in the customer service industry in hospitality and early on identified that doing the little things right made one stand out.
Most recently at Parkwood Home care she has helped spur an over 25% revenue increase in the last quarter through doing the little things well.
Through her GM position at the YMCA of Port Hawkesbury she spearheaded a membership growth of over 30% and the membership base had the highest satisfaction rate nationally compared to all YMCA's across Canada.
Jennifer is a longtime fitness instructor and life coach and has relocated to Halifax to be nearer to her children Johanna and Conner. Fun Fact - Jennifer is small in stature and has a personal reason to recognise the "Small Things" as important and the key to success.
