Last month we hosted our sold-out inaugural \;Surge Conference to unite Halifax businesses on the path toward inclusivity and understanding. Building on the momentum of Surge\, we are offering a series of luncheons to help you and your business keep moving on your \;DEA&\;I journey.

It involves talking with each other about difficult things\, like racism and discrimination. It involves asking hard questions. And it leads to growth\, richer and deeper relationships\, and meaningful business engagement.

Dr. Adrienne Girling is a thought leader and consultant in equity\, diversity and inclusion (EDI). She provides specialist advice to help organizations and businesses to actively become more inclusive and tackle systemic discrimination. Her EDI work is people and insights-led\, grounded in her doctorate training in cross-cultural psychology\, research and evaluation. She identifies as queer and non-binary and has lived experience of stigma and discrimination as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
