Through his previous role with Scotiabank\, Ossama was responsible for managing a portfolio of the Banks high end commercial clients to provide customized financing solutions and advise clients on credit related matters.  \n\n\n\nAs a newcomer to Nova Scotia\, Ossama values the community engagement and the importance of giving back. He currently serves on multiple boards in Halifax and recognizes the importance of having a diverse and inclusive community. He recently got recognized as one of the Most Inspiring Immigrants in the Maritimes. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nHeather Rankin\n\nCo-owner\, Obladee\nHeather Rankin is a CAPS certified Sommelier\, and co-owner/founder of the award-winning Obladee\, a Wine Bar in Halifax\, NS. She is a wine and spirits educator\, writer\, and judge with the National Wine Awards of Canada and various wines and spirits competitions at the provincial level. She sits on multiple regulatory tasting panels and is a frequent speaker/panelist at conferences featuring wine\, spirits and hospitality. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nRuss Hopson\n\nManager\, Nova Scotia Entrepreneurship Centre for BDC\n\nRuss Hopson has been with the BDC since 2005. He currently manages the Nova Scotia Entrepreneurship Center for BDC working with a team of business development professionals\, interested in only one thing   the success of our Nova Scotia entrepreneurs!
