Her role involves developing strategic plans for communicating with 13 Chiefs and overseeing various projects aimed at creating economic benefits for all NS Mi'kmaq communities.\n\n \n\nPrior to this\, Crystal spent many years leading the development of Potlotek First Nation through various roles including Acting Economic Development Manager\, Chief Financial Officer\, and Chief Executive Officer.\n\n \n\nHer academic background is equally impressive\, with a Certificate in Management Essentials and Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cape Breton University.
