DESCRIPTION:Once an unchallenged default in settlement agreements and hiring contracts\, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are increasingly recognized as unfair\, unnecessary\, and often legally unenforceable.\n\n\n\nLarge corporations such as Google and Salesforce no longer use NDAs.
