This webinar will provide an overview of the Centre Plan planning process and both the existing (Package A) and proposed (Package B) policies and regulations that will guide the growth and developing of the Regional Centre.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE PRESENTER:\n\n\nBen Sivak\, MCIP\, LPP\n\nCommunity Policy Program Manager\, Halifax Regional Municipality\n\n \n\nBen Sivak is the Community Policy Program Manager with the Halifax Regional Municipality's Planning and Development Department. Ben has been a municipal planner for over 16 years after receiving an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Toronto and Masters of Urban and Rural Planning from Dalhousie University.\n\n\n\nThrough his work\, Ben has led a wide variety of planning initiatives ranging from individual buildings sites to region wide policies and regulations that shape the sustainable growth our urban and rural communities.
