Our commitment to creating a better everyday life extends beyond our doors and into the heart of Nova Scotia. \n\n\n\nWe believe in giving back to the community that welcomes us. Our local initiatives focus on affordability\, inclusivity\, and life at home\, working with many community partners who provide home furnishings and housing for those in need.  Our objective is to be a positive influence on people and the planet\, and it's at the heart of everything that we do. \n\n \n\nIKEA Halifax are pleased to welcome The North Grove to our event. The North Grove is a community hub offering food\, family support and a range of other services to individuals and families in one of Halifax's most challenged neighbourhoods. Staff will be on hand to share information about the organization\, its end of year matching campaign\, and offer a sample of their unique Primrose Preserves.  \n\n\n\nIKEA will also offer a short tour of our Gold LEED certified building. A sign-up will be available for a future date when weather and daylight will allow us to visit our +2500 solar panels and geothermal penthouse.\n\n\n\nWe look forward to hosting you and sharing more about IKEA!
