About Us
Couch of Hope is a Nova Scotia-based nonprofit providing free, accessible mental health counselling to uninsured and financially underserved individuals ages 10 and up. It also builds capacity by training and supervising counselling therapist interns, expanding community care and supporting equitable access to quality mental health services.
