About Us
As the Founder and Senior Consultant at HR & IDEA Hub, I support organizations across Canada in designing and executing strategies that advance workforce resilience, equity, and inclusive growth. My work spans HR consulting, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives, and Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) policy consulting—bridging business needs with Canada’s broader economic and reconciliation goals.
I specialize in helping small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) become ITB-ready by aligning their innovation, capabilities, and impact with defense-sector procurement frameworks. This includes developing fundable proposals, Value Proposition alignment, and connecting companies to Prime and Tier 1 contractors for indirect investment opportunities.
I also advise on Indigenous Participation programming, supporting both Indigenous-led organizations and defense contractors in co-creating partnerships that center Indigenous values, skills development, and supplier inclusion.
Through my facilitation, consulting, and capacity-building work, I bring a collaborative and future-focused approach to every engagement—ensuring organizations are not only compliant, but competitive, connected, and committed to doing business differently.
