PRACTICAL STRATEGIES TO OPTIMIZE DECISION-MAKING AND BRAIN HEALTH BY UTILIZING CUTTING-EDGE NEUROSCIENCE
HOW TO THRIVE IN LIFE AND BUSINESS DURING TIMES OF CRISIS AND CHANGE
Running a business is challenging and stressful during the best of times. Add on an economic downturn ,or a crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic, and stress can increase to a level that seems unmanageable. Situational stress can have a significant impact on your mental health.
How do we successfully navigate business and life during unusually stressful times? We need a brain that functions in a healthy way. As we strive for optimal health we take care of our heart, our stomachs and other major organs of the body. Most of us never think about the brain as an organ that needs special care.
Brain health is the foundation to success in all areas of life. This webinar details the brain struggles (or mental health issues) affecting performance and your success in relationships, business and life. Based on the groundbreaking research and teachings of Dr. Daniel Amen, this session will give you strategies to improve your brain function and mental health that are immediately actionable.
The brain is the CPU of your body. Its health determines our success in all other areas of life. Mental and physical health, relationships, business and financial. To achieve these successes, we need to optimize the 4 circles of brain health: Physical, mental, social, and spiritual.
The brain can be managed for optimal health and is the foundation for good mental health. The lessons from this webinar can be distilled into three simple takeaways:
1. How to love our brain (and ourselves).
2. How to do more things that help the brain.
3. How to do less things that hurt the brain.
As we think so we feel. As we feel so we do. As we do so we have.
The business community finds itself in an unprecedented and highly stressful set of circumstances. On top of the regular stress involved in running a business, this situational stress can cause a mental health breaking point for many entrepreneurs and managers. Success ? survival even ? is dependent on making good decisions for the future of our business and ultimately our lives.
A healthy brain and mind are the foundation for logical decision making. Conversely, an unhealthy brain and mind can lead to highly emotional decision making and these decisions can compound an already difficult situation. This session will give practical, actionable tips to achieve better brain and mental health. From simple, daily actions to longer terms habits that can help develop the true power of the brain and mind, the audience will walk away with tools and ideas that do not take a long time to implement or are unnecessarily complicated.
