Using Up-Front Contracts.
Surprises can sometimes be fun, but not when you’re dealing with a prospect or client. Surprises during a meeting, either from the prospect or from you, can be a deal breaker or, at the very least, compromise a positive relationship between you and your prospect or client. But, there’s a Sandler technique to avoid this pitfall. Up-Front Contracts, or UFCs, assure that you and your client will understand, before each meeting, what will take place during that meeting. If you are investing valuable time in meetings that end up going nowhere, join us to learn how to add the UFC to your tool kit.
Business Development Network is a monthly session for members to network and listen to a fellow Chamber Member speak about a topic or area of expertise in their field. Presentations are approximately 45 minutes in length, leaving time for a question/answers session and networking. The session is co-hosted by the Member Services Coordinator and the Speaker.
