Joyce believes it's critical to use her position as a women CEO to support\, mentor\, and inspire other women. She is a member of various women's organizations\, participates in Young Women's Leadership sessions\, and has taken part in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Mentorship Program. In 2024\, Joyce was appointed Honorary Colonel of 12 Wing Shearwater by RCAF.\n\n \n\nJoyce is a graduate of Chartered Professional Accountants Nova Scotia\, received the Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) designation and obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation.
